Dr. Gómez Ramos is an Associate Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Almería (Spain). Her research focuses on the development of advanced mass spectrometry and metabolomics-based methods for detecting target, non-target, and unknown organic contaminants in environmental, biological, and food samples. She has expertise in a wide range of sample preparation techniques, analytical instruments, and data processing. Her work has led to the identification of novel and relevant chemicals of concern in blood, food contact materials, and environmental matrices.
